PORK CHOPS OR PORK TENDERLOIN | |
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's Tomato Soup, undiluted 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped chutney Either 4-6 pork chops (may be browned first) or 1-2 pork tenderloins Pour soup over meat, add chutney, cover and bake at 325 degrees 1 to 2 hours until tender. Chops may be done in skillet and simmer, covered, for 45 minutes or until tender. Yield: 4-6 servings. |
