CHILE EGG PUFF 
10 eggs, slightly beaten
2 (4 oz.) cans diced chilies
16 oz. cottage cheese
1 lb. grated Jack cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix ingredients and stir. Bake in 9"x13" Pyrex at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. (Can mix and prepare ingredients ahead of time. i.e. before church to throw in oven when home.) Top with salsa.
