CABBAGE PIE 
4 c. shredded cabbage
8-10 saltine crackers
1 c. milk
1/4 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery seed
6-8 slices American or cheddar cheese

In a casserole dish, layer, starting at the bottom with cabbage, then crackers, and cheese. Repeat layers. Heat milk with other ingredients; pour over mixture in dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
