ANGEL FOOD PUDDING | |
1 pkg. Knox gelatin 1/2 c. water 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. orange juice 1 c. pineapple juice Dissolve gelatin in water. Bring the sugar and juices to a boil. Pour the boiled mixture and the gelatin mixture together and let jell slightly. Whip 1 pint of cream stiff and fold in 1 cup crushed pineapple, 3/4 cup marshmallows cut up. Add to gelatin mixture. Put slices of angel food cake in a 9x13 dish. Alternate layers of gelatin mixture, ending with gelatin. Let set overnight. Cut in square and serve as dessert for club, etc. |
