HARVEST CHICKEN SALAD | |
Boiled or baked chopped chicken (use the amount that would equal 2 tuna fish size cans) 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped 2 c. celery, chopped 2 carrots, shredded 6 finger size pickles, chopped 8 slices cheese, cut fine 1/2 onion, chopped Mix all together with mayonnaise just to moisten. Just before serving, mix in 1 (7 ounce) can of shoe string potatoes. Serves 10 to 12. |
