STRAWBERRY YUM YUM 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 (11 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries or 1 qt. fresh berries
1 pkg. Dream Whip

Mix flour, butter, brown sugar and nuts until crumbly and press into 8"x8" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. With fork break into crumbs when above mixture comes from oven and set aside to cool.

In large mixing bowl combine the egg whites, sugar, lemon juice and partially thawed strawberries. Beat at medium speed for 15 to 20 minutes. Mix 1 package of Dream Whip and fold into strawberry mixture. Put half of crumbs in 9"x13" Tupperware pan. Spread strawberry mixture over crumbs and top with rest of crumbs. Freeze in air tight container for months if you wish.
