UNUSUAL CHEESE CAKE 
BASE:

1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

CHEESE FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 unbeaten eggs

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

FOR BASE: Sift flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Cream butter and 2/3 cup sugar well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well. Stir in milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Pour batter into well greased and floured 10" pie plate, spreading batter over bottom and slightly up sides; set aside.

FOR CHEESE FILLING: Cream additional 2/3 cup sugar and cheese, blending well. Add 1 cup sour cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Spoon cheese filling over batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven and spread with topping made by combining additional 1 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Return to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes. Fruit topping may be added when cool.
