BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/4 c. flour
1 lb. chuck or round steak, cut into 1/4" pieces
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. water
1 can mushrooms, sliced
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
Chopped parsley or dill
Rice

Combine flour, salt and pepper. Pound seasoned flour into meat. Cut meat into pieces. Brown meat in hot oil, turning frequently. Add onion, water, chicken soup and mushrooms. Cook, uncovered over low heat, until mixture thickens and meat is tender, about 45 minutes. Just before serving, add sour cream. Transfer to serving dish and garnish with parsley or dill. Serve over fluffy rice.
