CHICKEN DEVINE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen cut broccoli
2 chicken fryers
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 can sliced mushrooms

Cook chicken in boiling water with celery stalk, onion and salt. Cook until tender. Cool and cut into small pieces. Cook broccoli until almost tender; drain. Put in greased casserole: broccoli, chicken and mushrooms. Mix soup, lemon juice, curry powder and mayonnaise, pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top. Mix bread crumbs and butter, place on top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
