4 c. potato slices
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 onion
3/4 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. Heinz 57 sauce
Salt, pepper, garlic powder (season to taste)

Place potato slices in bottom of 9 x 13 inch casserole. Combine meat, onion, milk, bread crumbs and seasonings and sprinkle on potato slices. Pour catsup and 57 sauce on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
