CHICKEN CURRY CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. chopped cooked chicken
3/4 c. chopped almonds, toasted
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped chutney
1 tbsp. curry powder (to taste)
Chopped parsley
Almonds, sliced (opt.)

Combine first 6 ingredients, chill at least 2 hours. Shape into a ball and coat with parsley. Garnish with almond slices, if desired. Serve with crackers. Yield: 1 cheese ball.
