CHICKEN MARSALA 
1 lb. chicken
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. marsala wine
2 tbsp. beef broth
1/2 c. fresh chopped mushrooms

Cut chicken in small pieces and pound with meat tenderizer. Melt butter in skillet. Mix pepper in with flour and coat chicken pieces. Brown chicken quickly in skillet. Add mushrooms, wine and beef broth. Heat 1 minute and serve over linguini.
