PAT'S PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 pkg. graham crackers crushed fine (about 20 crackers)
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c peanut butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
Milk
8 oz. whipped topping

Mix crackers with butter and sugar. Press into glass pie pan to make a crust.

Mix cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar together adding scant amount of milk to make creamy. Fold in whipped topping and spoon into crust. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
