PAGANO N W A SALAD 
1 loaf crusty Italian bread or Gais sourdough bread
8-10 ripe plum and Way Ahead tomatoes from Lens Gardens
2 lg. onions
8 cloves garlic
Fresh basil
Fresh oregano
Splash of wine vinegar
Fresh ground pepper
3 tbsp. extra virgin oil

Toss together. Let stand (sit or lay) 12 hours. Give everyone a fork, and a hunk of bread and let everyone dig in.
