CHICKEN LASAGNA 
1 whole chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese on top
1 head broccoli
2 tsp. minced onion
1 pkg. lasagna noodles

Boil and cut up chicken. Steam broccoli. In an 11"x13" pan, layer noodles and mixture of ingredients. Take meat off chicken and leave in chunks. Mix soups, broccoli and onion with the chicken.

Top with Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on the top. Double soups and onion if you have a large chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Make extra dish and freeze before baking, this gives you another dinner for a busy day. This dish is excellent to serve company.
