POOH BARS 
BOTTOM CRUST:

1 1/2 c. unbleached flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 c. cold water

Cut butter and cream cheese into dry ingredients with a fork. Add water a little at a time. When mixture resembles a coarse dough, pat into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

FILLING:

1 1/2 lbs. fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 c. honey
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. water

Mix cornstarch and water until dissolved. Then stir into berries along with honey. Blend well then spread over crust evenly.

TOPPING:

2 c. oatmeal
1 c. unbleached flour
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. canola oil
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients with a fork. Sprinkle evenly on top of berries. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Recipe makes 24 2 inch bars.

You can add finely chopped lemon zest to the cream cheese layer. And this also would be good with raspberries in place of the blueberries. Orange zest would be nice too.
