PIZZA 
BATTER:

1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk

Mix well.

TOPPING:

Italian sausage (not the real hot)
1/4 c. chopped onion, pepper, mushroom
1 c. pizza sauce (Pastorelli's)
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Sm. pkg. pepperoni

Pour batter into pizza pan to cover bottom. Arrange meat (not pepperoni), onion, and peppers. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove and add mushrooms, cheese, sauce and pepperoni. Return to oven for 10-15 minutes.
