MITITEI 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or lamb (or a mixture)
1/2 lb. ground pork shoulder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/4 tsp. Summer or Winter Savory (or oregano)
1/2 tsp. paprika
pinch of ground star anise seed
1/2 tsp. Accent (optional)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. crushed summer savory
3 cloves garlic (crushed with salt) in a cup
1/2 c. hot chicken bouillon

Combine ingredients and roll into meat balls; slightly flatten. Grill over hot coals until cooked through.

Serve with a dressing of hearty mustard and a pint of stout. Ideally the mustard should not contain too much vinegar,
