CHOCOLATE NUT ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
3 c. unsifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Melt chocolate. Cool. Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt. In large bowl beat eggs at high speed until thick and light. Gradually add sugar, 1/4 cup at a time. Add chocolate and oil. Beat very well until blended. At low speed, add dry ingredients. Mix well. Add zucchini and nuts. Pour into greased and floured tube pan (I use a bundt pan). Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or put light glaze over top.
