7 lbs. chili meat
5 buds chopped garlic
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 c. chili powder
1/2 c. paprika
1 tbsp. black pepper
Red pepper to taste
Flour for thickening

Cook all ingredients except flour, 1 1/2 hours. Thicken with flour and cook a little longer.
