BACON ROLL UPS 
1 lb. bacon
1 loaf white bread
1 (12 oz.) container whipped cream cheese
1 tbsp. chopped chives
Toothpicks

Using large knife, cut package of bacon in half; set aside. Decrust bread slices. Mix cream cheese with chives and spread mixture onto bread slices. Cut each slice of bread into thirds. Roll up bread slice and then wrap bacon slice around bread. Secure with toothpick.

Place bacon roll-ups on a lightly greased, foil covered baking (cookie) sheet and bake at 350 degrees until browned.
