MEAT AND KRAUT ROLL-UP 
2 lb. ground beef or chuck
1 egg
1 c. bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
2 c. drained kraut
Onion
Bacon slices

Mix together meat, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Then roll this out. Spread kraut on top of meat mixture. Cut up onion over kraut. Roll up and put bacon slices around roll and fasten with toothpicks. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
