3/4 c. Karo syrup
1/2 sq. butter
2 tbsp. water
1 c. marshmallows
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. food coloring

Melt butter and marshmallows over low heat. Blend in syrup and water. Then add powdered sugar and food coloring when bubbling and when all dissolved pour over popcorn slowly.
