MONKEY BREAD 
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. water
1/3 c. chopped nuts, optional
1 can (7 1/2 oz.) refrigerated biscuits

In an 8 or 9 inch glass pie plate combine brown sugar, water and butter. Microwave on high power uncovered for 1 minute. Stir to melt the butter and dissolve the sugar, add nuts. Cut each biscuit into 3 or 4 pieces and add to the sugar mixture. Stir to coat well. Place a small empty custard cup in the center to form a ring mold. Microwave on 100% power for 2 1/2 minutes, rotating dish on half turn every 1 minute or baked in a regular oven at 400 degrees until done. Approximately 10 minutes. Let stand for a few seconds and carefully remove custard cup and invert on a serving plate. Serve immediately.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
