NO CHOLESTEROL PIE CRUST 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. low fat milk

Mix all together with a fork and shape into a ball. Divide in half and roll between two sheets of lightly floured plastic wrap. Makes one two crust pie.
