AUNT HELEN'S NUT CLUSTERS 
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. white Karo syrup
2 c. (or more) shelled peanuts
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (Nestles' or Bakers')
1 c. white sugar

Boil whipping cream, Karo syrup and sugar until it forms soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips, stir until melted. Add nuts. When cooled enough to handle by hand, form into balls, and continue to cool on waxed paper.
