1 pkg. Jello brand pistachio flavored instant pudding
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 tsp. almond extract
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. water
7 gtts. green food coloring

Combine all ingredients and beat 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar when cool.
