BROCHOLI 
1 thin round steak
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 c. salami or persuit
Sprinkle of grated Romano cheese
1 tsp. combination of parsley, mint & basil
Salt & pepper
Pinola (10-12)
1/4-1/2 c. raisins
Sprinkle oil

Roll thin and skinny like a jelly roll. Wind thread from end to end first then round and round sides. Take oil and braise in pot. Put in sauce. 5 people out of 1 stick.
