APPLESAUCE PANCAKES 
Healthy and only 35 calories each. If you want to dress them up you can add some Craisins or nuts but it will increase the calories... White flour can be used but whole wheat is better.

1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 egg
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup milk (any kind is OK)

Mix in order given. Drop by small ladles or tablespoons on a medium hot iron skillet or griddle brushed with oil.

Makes 15 silver dollar sized pancakes. Serve with a little sugar free maple syrup and enjoy!
