HAM QUICHE 
2 c. finely chopped, cooked ham
1 1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs or 1/2 c. egg substitute
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. lo-cal mayonnaise
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 small jar pimento
9-inch unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs. Add cornstarch to milk and mix all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350°F for 60 minutes or until center is firm. Use food processor for the ham, peppers and onion.
