CINDERELLA SUPPER PIE 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. water
1 egg, separated

Combine flour, salt and cut in butter until coarse crumbs. Gradually add water and egg yolk beaten together. Mix well. Shape dough into ball and chill. 1 c. soft bread crumbs (3 slices) 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine meat, crumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt. Mix lightly. Shape into meat balls. Brown and drain. 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained 1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed

Add remaining ingredients to meat balls, mix lightly. Spoon into baking dish.

On floured surface, roll dough to fit size of casserole. Flute edges. Prick with fork. Brush with egg white. Bake 350 degrees, 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
