BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
1 lb. fresh mushrooms (optional)
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. crushed crackers

Boil cauliflower and broccoli until done. Drain. Mix mayonnaise, soup, cheese and lemon juice together. Put cauliflower, broccoli and sliced mushrooms in casserole dish. Stir in mixture. Top with crushed crackers (Townhouse or Ritz). Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Serves 6-8.
