BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 pkg. frozen chopped cauliflower
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 jar pimiento
1 c. crushed cheese crackers
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Arrange broccoli and cauliflower in a buttered casserole.. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheese. Spoon over broccoli. Top with pimiento, crackers and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
