GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
3/4 lb. bacon
1 1/4 c. bacon grease
3/4 c. flour
2 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
6 c. water
Onions
1 green pepper (opt.)
Nature's Seasonings
7 lbs. potatoes

Boil potatoes; cool. Peel and slice; sprinkle seasonings every layer of potatoes as you slice them. Fry bacon. Mix grease, flour, sugar and other ingredients. Cook to boiling point, boil 1 minute. Add onions and peppers to solid. Amount is optional. Heat sauce to boiling before adding to potatoes. Serve warm. Be sure potatoes are completely cold before slicing.
