H.'S DANISH DESSERT 
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 c. applesauce
2 c. tart jam or jelly
4 c. whipped cream
1 (9 x 13 inch) oblong dish or pan (glass)

Whip cream until soft peaks form. Set aside. Layer in bottom of dish half of each mixture. Starting with thin layer of crumbs, applesauce, jam, and whipped cream. Repeat one more time, ending with whipped cream on top. Chill.
