1 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. butter 4 eggs 2 c. flour 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 can cherry pie filling Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add flour and lemon juice then pour into well greased and floured 9 x 13 baking pan. Mark off 20 squares and place one heaping tablespoon of pie filling on each square. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. While warm sift powdered sugar over squares. |
