CHICKEN A LA KING 
4 oz. mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 lg. green pepper
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. cooked chicken (diced)
1 c. half and half
1 c. chicken broth
2 c. cooked rice

Saute mushrooms and green pepper in butter; blend in flour, salt and pepper; let bubble.

Add chicken broth and half and half; bring to boil (stirring constantly) over medium heat. Boil one minute. Add chicken; heat through. Serve over rice. Serves 4-6.
