MAYO BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
1 lg. spoon mayo
1 tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk

Cut shortening and mayo into flour mixture with two knives. Large lumps are ok, don't overmix. Add milk, stir. Knead 8 to 10 times. Cut out into 1 inch pieces. Bake at 475 degrees for 10 minutes.
