BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
1 stick butter
2 c. graham crackers, crushed
2 eggs
2 sticks butter
2 c. powdered confectioners' sugar
3-5 bananas, sliced
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapples, well drained
1 lg. container whipped topping
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Step 1: In a 9 x 13 inch pan press the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter mix (1st 2 ingredients).

Step 2: Beat the 2 eggs, 2 sticks of butter and powdered sugar for no less than 15 minutes. Spread the mix over the unbaked crumb crust.

Step 3: Add 1 layer of sliced bananas and top with layer of pineapples. Cover with whipped topping. Spread cherries and pecans over top. Set overnight in refrigerator.

Note: You can omit first 2 ingredients and buy 2 ready made graham crusts, splitting everything in half to make 2 pies. (Large graham crusts.)
