1 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 eggs
2 env. taco seasonings
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/4 head lettuce
1 diced tomato
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Sour cream

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Drain. Stir in taco seasoning. Spoon into greased baking dish. Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs about 1 minute. Pour over meat mixture. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese melts. Cool and garnish with lettuce, tomato and sour cream.
