LAZY PIEROGI 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. spiral noodles
1/2 lb. butter
3 onions, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
1 lg. can sauerkraut
1/2 pt. sour cream

Saute chopped onion until golden in butter. Add rinsed sauerkraut; pour over the cooked noodles. Add undiluted mushroom soup and stir. Add drained mushrooms, reserving liquid to add if more liquid is needed. Place in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Add sour cream.
