MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sweet milk
2 eggs
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1/4 c. oil - hot
1 lg. onion (chopped)
1 hot pepper or 3 jalapenos, chopped
1 (8 oz.) cream style corn

Heat oil and add all other ingredients. Bake in greased 9x13 pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown.
