1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white sugar
48 chocolate candy kisses
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Combine all ingredients except candy. Mix until dough can be shaped into balls. Shape into 1 teaspoon each. Roll in extra white sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with candy kisses, pressing down firmly.
