1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
Chocolate kisses

Mix first three ingredients. Drop by teaspoons or roll in small balls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. After removing from oven, immediately place a chocolate kiss in the middle of the cookie. Let cool 10 minutes. These will remain a very soft chewy cookies.
