CHIMICHANGAS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can refried beans
2 cans tomato and green chilies
8 floured tortillas shells
Grated Cheddar cheese
Chopped lettuce and tomatoes

Brown ground beef; add refried beans and add 1/2 can of tomato and green chilies. Simmer 20 minutes.

Layer tortilla flat. Spoon meat mixture on tortillas top with cheese. Roll and fry. Brown on each side.

Place fried tortillas on plate and top with more cheese, fresh lettuce, and tomato and tomato and green chilies.

2 Chimichangas per person is quite filling.
