PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 sm. box yellow Jiffy cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, drained
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip or whipping cream
Chopped pecans or chocolate, optional

Prepare 13 x 9 inch pan and bake cake mix as directed on box. Bake 15-20 minutes. Cool in pan.

Blend together in bowl, cream cheese and 1/2 cup milk. Add vanilla pudding. Add little by little 1 cup milk, beating together 2 minutes. Spread over cake. Drain pineapple and spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread Cool Whip or whipping cream over pineapple. Sprinkle with chopped pecans or chocolate. Chill 5-6 hours before serving.
