24 HOUR PASTA SALAD SUPREME 
1/2 c. pure uncut apple cider
1 lg. clove garlic, finely minced
1/2 c. of 1/2 lg. red onion, finely diced
1 (15 oz.) can dark red kidney beans, drained
1 (8 oz.) frozen peas, thawed raw
1/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. peanut oil or olive
1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves crumbled
2 bunches green onion cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 c. fresh broccoli flowerets, cooked
1 (8 oz.) Ronzoni's rotella pasta (curly)

A complete protein dish. Place ingredients in a large bowl in order listed. Stir as adding drained and rinsed kidney beans, make sure beans are well drained, cook the broccoli in 1/2 cup water 3 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water. Drain well. Cook the pasta al dente, cooked but crisp. Toss all together and refrigerate overnight. Stir before serving. A very tasty dish. Serves about 8. A good party dish especially suited to a buffet. A great party dish and so easy!
