PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 sm. cans tidbit pineapple, drained, save 4 tbsp. juice
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed

Combine sugar, flour, and pineapple juice. Add cheese and pineapple. Place in casserole dish. Place crushed crackers on top. Drizzle butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
