PEPPERY CRAB DIP 
16 oz crab (lump or flake)
8 0z cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
8 oz Pepper Jack Cheese (shredded)
1 tbsp. chives finely chopped
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce, to taste
ground pepper, to taste

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Transfer to a baking dish of choice.

Bake at 350°F for 15-20 Minutes. Serve hot.
