MICROWAVE PRALINES 
1 lb. brown sugar
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. pecan halves
2 tbsp. butter

Combine sugar and cream in a 3 quart glass bowl. Cook on high in microwave for 13 minutes. Stir in butter and pecans. Drop by spoonfuls onto foil. Cool. Store in tightly covered tin. Yields 2 dozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
